4. Order by Fax:
Just print out and complete the order form (requires Acrobat Reader) and fax it to us at 1-888-515-1764, payable with Visa or MasterCard.
Shipping Information:
We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $100.00.
For orders under $50.00, add $5.00 for shipping and handling.
For orders $50.00 to $74.99, add $7.00.
For orders $75.00 to $99.99, add $8.00.
For orders $100.00 and over, no charge.
Purchase Orders:
Purchase orders are always welcome from schools and other institutions with valid purchase-order numbers. We provide 30-day net billing.
We are pleased to also offer our E-tivities and E-books for download to customers using a valid purchase order number. To obtain those files, you will need a code that you enter at the checkout section of our website. Just follow these simple steps:
1) If you haven't already done so, sign up for a Tin Man Press account by following the "sign up" link on the right side of this page.
2) Send us your purchase order.
3) Contact us to obtain your code. Or include a name and contact information on your purchase order so that we can contact you to give you your code.
4) Add items to your cart you wish to purchase with your purchase order.
